Having the conference calls in our office finally fixed has made our work so much easier than what we have been doing for almost two weeks of calling one person at a time whenever there are important matters to be disseminated. It was always one person at a time and I have to discuss a lot of things that a normal email won’t be able to accomplish because I still have to get everyone’s opinion. Now, with the conference calls fixed for good, we can discuss a lot more things in an instant because we will all be there to listen to each opinions and sentiments. It will help us communicate easier since we will be able to perform a normal meeting using the phones. The usage of conference calls in our work is very vital because it gives us the optimum convenience whenever we do transactions by connecting everyone involved and making sure that each and every single individual, who are connected to the transaction is equally given the link to every single detail as possible. I’m really glad our technical department has finally able to repair the damage on our phone lines. I just hope it doesn’t happen anymore because it’s really tiresome. –>
