Information Salad #73: Vinny’s Back In The Saddle
By Slobokan | January 19, 2008
This week, Vinny’s back and completely recovered from his near death experience.
- My favorite part of MacWorld was the announcement of Movie Rentals
- Thank God Apple support is better than Microsoft support.
- Will Microsoft listen to their customers?
- Robert Scoble commits the biggest ethical faux pas with the Facebook incident, and then has the nerve to talk about ethics.
- By far the best coverage of CES was John C. Dvorak visiting the Pinball museum.
- We get into politics a bit. Vinny talks about a guy who dogs on Romney and his “many wives”. Slobokan has had it with the Thompson campaign. We talk about the media’s golden boy, Barack Obama. Who has to do well in South Carolina? Is Rudy done if he loses Florida?
- Be careful where you have sex.
- Do people really do this? Do people throw their trees out the window after Christmas?
